1. Agreement to Terms

By using the NT Shuttle & Tours platform, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and payment confirmation.

2. Booking and Payments

Bookings are only confirmed once proof of payment (EFT) is received and verified via WhatsApp. NT Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

3. Luggage Policy

Standard luggage is included. Excess luggage may attract additional fees or may be refused if space is limited.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may not be eligible for a refund. Contact us via WhatsApp for specific refund requests.

5. Child Pricing

Children aged 3 and above pay the full seat price.
