Q: How do I pay for my booking?
We currently accept offline payments via bank transfer (EFT). After submitting your booking request, you will receive our bank details. Please send your proof of payment via WhatsApp to confirm your seat.
Q: How do I send proof of payment?
Once you have made the payment, simply take a screenshot or download the PDF and send it to our official WhatsApp number: 0791506854. Make sure to include your booking reference (e.g., NTB-...).
Q: Do children pay full fare?
Yes, any child from the age of 3 years pays full price as they require a dedicated seat for safety and comfort.
Q: Are the prices fixed?
Prices marked with a '+' on our platform are 'starting prices' and may vary based on exact drop-off location or specific requirements. Many of our core intercity routes have fixed pricing.
Q: Can I book a custom tour?
Absolutely! Visit our Tours page and fill out the request form. Our team will manually review your requirements and provide a custom quotation.
Q: Do you offer parcel delivery?
Yes, we offer parcel delivery services on our existing shuttle routes. You can request a delivery via the Parcels page. Pricing depends on size, weight, and distance.
